Errakaaram is committed to delivering your order in quality packaging within 7 days. We dispatch orders throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in optimal condition and quickly, we ship exclusively through reputed courier agencies. Please note, we may dispatch your order in multiple shipments to preserve the freshness of our products.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship our ambient products across India. Fresh dips are available in select major metropolitan cities. Please enter your pincode using our pincode validator to see available products in your area.
How are orders shipped?
Our ambient range is shipped pan-India via courier. These shelf-stable products (at room temperature) are delivered via reputed courier agencies. After dispatch, you’ll receive tracking information. Note that your order may arrive in multiple shipments. We offer free shipping on orders over ₹600 (after discount).
How are fresh dips shipped?
Fresh dips from Errakaaram are available only in select pincodes across major cities. These orders are handpicked from our refrigerated warehouses and delivered via our own runner network to maintain optimum freshness. No tracking number is provided for these deliveries.
How are COD orders shipped?
For cash-on-delivery orders, our courier partner will contact you via email/SMS for order verification. Once confirmed, your order is dispatched within 24 hours. (Please note, fresh dips require prepaid orders.)
Can I edit, cancel, or return my order?
To cancel or change your order, please email us within 24 hours after placing your order so that adjustments can be made prior to dispatch. Once confirmed, changes cannot be made. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours after confirmation, and most orders are delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

What if the product is received in a damaged condition?
If you receive a damaged product, please call our customer care at +91 9108330633 or email contact@errakaaram.com, including your Order ID and a clear image of the damaged item so that we can process a resolution.
