5-Minute Dosa Noodles with Errakaaram™

Ingredients
- 1–2 leftover dosas, rolled and thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2–3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1–2 green chillies, chopped
- 6–8 curry leaves
- ½ cup sliced cabbage (or any veggies)
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Roll leftover dosas and cut into thin strips; set aside.
Step 2: Heat oil on a tawa or wide pan and sauté sliced garlic until golden.
Step 3: Add onions, green chillies, and curry leaves; cook for a minute.
Step 4: Stir in cabbage or chosen veggies and sauté until slightly tender.
Step 5: Add turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, and mix well.
Step 6: Spoon in Errakaaram™ Chutney and a dash of lemon juice; cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7: Add the sliced dosa strips, toss well for a minute to coat and heat through.
Step 8: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot for an instant flavor boost!
