Ingredients

  • 4–5 idlis (cut into cubes)
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1–2 tsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
  • 1 tsp oil or ghee
  • Salt (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Heat oil or ghee in a pan; add mustard seeds and urad dal.

Step 2: Once they splutter, add curry leaves and sliced onions; sauté until golden.

Step 3: Add cubed idlis and stir-fry on medium heat until crisp on edges.
