- 2–3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1–2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- A few curry leaves
- 1 to 1.5 cups hot cooked rice
Instructions
Step 1: In a bowl, mix lemon juice, Errakaaram™ chutney, and salt.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds; let them splutter.
Step 3: Add curry leaves and stir briefly until fragrant.
Step 4: Pour the tempering over the lemon-chutney mixture and stir well.
Step 5: Add hot rice to the mixture and combine thoroughly. Serve warm!
