- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup grated cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line or grease a muffin tray.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and grated cheese.
Step 3: In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and Errakaaram™ chutney together.
Step 4: Combine the wet and dry mixtures until just incorporated—do not overmix.
